And I’m also going to be direct: helping people improve their mental health is hard work. Creating high-quality tools, writing and recording coaching content, building a community, running live sessions, and keeping it evidence-informed takes real time and expertise.
That’s why I don’t offer paid programs for less than $15/month, because I’m not selling fluff.

Why This Program Works
