Cancellation Policy

Appointment Booking Policy We’re committed to providing a smooth and supportive process for booking your appointment. Please review the following policy regarding insurance verification, private pay registration, and cancellations: Booking with Insurance (via Headway) If you plan to use your insurance: You must complete registration and insurance verification through Headway before your appointment can be confirmed. Once your insurance is successfully verified, your appointment will be officially accepted, and you will receive a confirmation notice via email. Private Pay Clients If you prefer to pay out of pocket: You will receive an email from Great Lakes Counseling Group with instructions to complete your registration. Once your private pay registration is complete and received, your appointment will be accepted, and you’ll receive a confirmation notice. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel late (less than 48 hours in advance) or do not attend your appointment, a $75 no-show/late cancellation fee will be charged.
