My role is to provide structure and support while guiding you through evidence-based practices like CBT. I’m not here to lecture, but to help you discover skills you can use every day. Together, we’ll make anxiety more manageable so you can feel more present and confident in your life.


On a personal note, I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder because I'm neurodivergent with ADHD.  I describe it feeling like I have a volcano deep inside of me and I'm at risk of blowing more intensely and more frequently.  I feel terror and hopelessness and when I blow I leave carnage.


I can teach you skills that will help you better manage your symptoms and make long-term changes that will improve your quality of life.
