On a personal note, I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder because I'm neurodivergent with ADHD. I describe it feeling like I have a volcano deep inside of me and I'm at risk of blowing more intensely and more frequently. I feel terror and hopelessness and when I blow I leave carnage.
I can teach you skills that will help you better manage your symptoms and make long-term changes that will improve your quality of life.
