Then we translate insight into action: practical tools for mood, motivation, sleep, boundaries, negative self-talk, and the “shut down” moments that make everything feel heavier. Along the way, I track progress toward your goals so therapy stays focused and measurable, and we adjust what isn’t working. 


The goal is for you to leave with a full toolbox—so you can manage your mood with more confidence and live with more steadiness, even when life is stressful.
