The purpose of this forum is to provide support to people who are feeling anxiety and fear over this global pandemic.

Tools and Tips

Even on a good day, we can never have too many tools or tips for staying calm and focusing on the unbiased and medical facts of Coronavirus. I believe it is in our best interest to stay calm, stick to the facts, and problem-solving versus overreaction.


I will post ways to identify mental health issues, deal with them if necessary, and how to keep the home environment upbeat and healthy during this unprecedented time.


Know Your Triggers

I encourage everyone to reflect on what makes you feel anxious or fearful in your day to day life. Add a pandemic on top of that - are you vulnerable to a flare-up of anxiety, depression, PTSD or other mental health issues?


I will give you tools to identify triggers and identify if you need to use mental health tools to help calm you or a loved one down.


Know What To Do if You or Someone You Know Has a Mental Health Problem

I believe that being proactive during these uncertain times is a way to help everyone to remain calm.


I will create a toolbox of methods to use to deal with a mental health crisis, a flare-up, heightened fear and how to answer questions from children.
