This trauma-informed program provides a structured transition from chronic emotional overwhelm to a proactive growth mindset. Grounded in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), the curriculum explores the Biosocial Theory to foster self-validation and views neurodiversity as a strategic asset for emotional regulation. Over four weeks, you will master mindfulness techniques for attentional control, interpersonal skills for healthy boundaries, and distress tolerance strategies for crisis management. The program concludes with a 7-day routine framework and a DBT diary system to ensure long-term emotional autonomy and resilience.
